Working in the customer service industry for my entire work experience, Dan exemplifies what it means to deliver an all-star experience. His etiquette, professionalism and sheer talent is top notch. I am so, so grateful to have entrusted with him my bridal bouquet. After panicking at the last minute, as I was greatly under educated about the preservation process, Dan made it seamless and accepted my order without blinking an eye. (October 23, 2016, 9:33 pm)I wanted to preserve my daughter's wedding bouquet and present it to her as a very special Christmas gift. After much searching, I found Queen & i and went to visit Dan. I was thrilled when I saw the quality of his work. He did a spectacular job for me. The bouquet was beautifully framed with my daughter's wedding invitation and a photo of the bride and groom. She was speechless when she opened her one-of-a- kind unique gift and loves it! It is now on display in her living room for all to see. I would highly recommend Dan to anyone who is looking to have this kind of work done. You won't be disappointed!
