    Great place to eat lunch. I've eaten in and gotten take out. The pizzas are amazing. They have so many combinations to choose from. The subs are great too. The prices make it a great value. I would definitely recommend them.

    Love their pizza. Chicken al a vodka and bbq chicken are my top 2 favorite. Buffalo and standard pepperoni are also very yummy. Once in a while i get their cheese-stakes and they never disappoint. Very friendly staff and cooks. They recently renovated their interior and looks much nicer.

    The BEST!!! We live in NC and whenever we come through DC we stop into Johnny's. The pizza sauce is hands down the tastiest and their pizza selections ensure everyone has something to enjoy!

    I'd give them a 5 for food, but since a review should include the whole experience then I say 4 because the interior and drink station could use a little upkeep.

    So I was a little apprehensive about going here with all of the mixed reviews but despite all of the negative comments I decided to give this place a shot and I was not disappointed at all. It was exactly what I wanted. The pizza was perfectly on point. I'm not sure why people say that the pizza is okay and the service is bad. Honestly I had the whole authentic New York experience and it was great. If your into the commercial pizza places(pizza hut, papa John's, dominos) this kind of place may not be for you. This is authentic NY style pizza. Everything is fresh and it's good. Definitely a hidden gem. Theres not too many places around this area that can give you this kind of quality. Highly recommended
