I use to hate working out but OTF changed this idea! Nowadays, when I miss any class, I feel bad! I guess it is addicting!!!
It is not a simple and regular gym, it is a community! They hold events outside of the gym.. such as happy hours, so it’s members can get to know each other!
You have a coach motivating you throughout the class! You don’t have to be an athlete to work out there!! They have different options for every need!!
I am not an Athlete, I don’t run marathons, I can’t do a regular push up, but I can have options that will work the same way!!!
You will meet from very young to senior citizens!
My overall health has improved a lot since I became a OTF member!
The staff at OTF FAIRFAX is amazing!! Everyone is friendly and does the best to help!
I have also been to OTF in Miami and Fort Laudardale and the are all amazing!!!

(July 31, 2018, 12:30 pm)Maria is awesome! I like the coach, environment, full body exercise. They let you pace it out in our own speed and above all teach you the right way to do it! All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend OT!

(April 10, 2018, 3:40 pm)I went last night for the first time, and it was a group workout experience like I've never had before. The workouts are different, so you (and your body) don't get bored. The coach is encouraging, the atmosphere is upbeat, and there's nothing more motivating for me to see my stats on a screen so I can push myself more. I'll definitely be signing up!
