  I've gained strength, speed, and knowledge from my six months at the gym. The coaches make it a point to guide each member to perform at their personal best, no matter what level of fitness you start from. I recommend it without reservation.

  I would highly recommend CFVH. The coaches are knowledgeable, and are able to scale workouts to all levels of fitness. The atmosphere is friendly, uplifting, and non judgmental. Great place, owned and run by amazing people!

  I was a member at another Crossfit gym in the past and I will say Crossfit Vinthill is just on another level. Rob, Alana and all the coaches know exactly what they are doing and are so committed to every individual. This place is more than a gym. It’s a community of solid people that encourage, push and support one another both inside and outside the gym. If you have personal fitness goals, look no further. Highly highly recommend!

  I have been going to CFVH for 14 weeks now!! I can not even put into words how great I feel! Not only am I stronger with more energy but I see muscle!!! The time the coaches have taken to ensure I learn proper form and safely execute each exercise has been outstanding. I feel I have gained a whole new fitfaimly! All members have been friendly, welcoming and most of all inspiring!

  I’m totally drinking the kool-aid CFVH is serving up! I started coming about a month ago and with no prior CrossFit experience, let me tell you - it’s the real deal here.
  
  When I first walked in, I was stoked about how nice the facilities were. Rob and I chatted for a while about my goals and gave me a tour of the place, then I got setup to do my foundations course with one of their awesome coaches, Doug. The experience learning the movements was really helpful. A lot of the movements felt awkward (and still do sometimes!), but the coaches show me patience, guidance, and encouragement as they help this newbie figure it all out.
  
  I could tell on that first day that there was something different about the community I walked in to. Everyone was first bumping each other after a workout, and were encouraging each other during the workout. It felt like a family.
  
  Now that I’ve been part of the classes for a while, I know all that stuff I saw with the community early on is legit. Rob and Alana have fostered an environment of humility, pursuit of excellence, and joy. I’m glad they give themselves Sunday off, but I’m secretly bummed when I can’t go!
  
  It’s a pretty awesome feeling starting my morning off with a killer workout and a bunch of fist bumps from great people. I walk into work each day feeling like I’ve already clinched a W for the day.
