Firehouse Subs Stonewall Square

Best subs in town (by far) made by hardworking, friendly employees…couldn’t ask for much more! I was chatting with the guy who took my order and I guess they’re under new management. Not that I think they needed an overhaul but he’s doing something right…an all-around SUPERIOR experience! Great job Firehouse!

They definitely stepped up their game. I remember when the last manager was there and oh boy that place was going down I can tell. The manager always wearing those raggedy shirts and really making it look like firehouse didn’t care. Today when I came in I was greeted with a “welcome to fire house” for the first time in awhile and it just made me smile. Staff is super friendly and they got my food out in great time. I talked to the manager Chris and he told me that him and his assistant manager Stephen are turning firehouse around for the better. Definitely coming back again and again!

There were very helpful individuals working here at Firehouse subs. The food was good and the place was clean. The only tiny problem we encountered was that my wife's bun was not steamed and mine was not grilled. They weren't that busy but I felt like they were all a little new to the job. All in all it was still a really good meal.

Food was excellent today! While we did have a bit of a wait, the staff never stopped working, and they apologized for the wait time. Our subs were fresh, hot, and fully packed. Prices have gone up, but still the most filling, delicious sub around.
