Varina Elementary School

Great apartment complex! The leasing department was always very responsive with any questions and issues we had, and the maintenance people were always very kind and super helpful!

The apartments are very nice and roomy, kitchen has a lot of space, and the appliances are amazing! The complex did an amazing job designing the apartments! The kitchen is definitely the eye catcher as it is beautiful!

Love that this complex is pet friendly and everyone we interacted with while living there were very nice. Everyone said hello to each other, and just overall was a good feeling to be around these people. It felt like a little community living there!

The complex provides trash pickup in the evenings (on certain days), where employee will pick up any trash bags that are left outside the residents door. This is a really cool idea, but some residents did leave trash that did not smell the greatest, and it would make the hallway smell like trash some evenings.

This is really a minor compliant, overall, out of the half-dozen apartment complexes I have lived in my life, this one is by far is the best and I really wish I can find something similar where I am now.

This is a great place to call home. Jeanene and Isabel have been very welcoming and helpful to my needs. Even in times of emergency. Office staff is quick to respond to issues as they arise. The grounds and facilities and very well kept and clean. Very well located and I couldn’t feel more safe!! 5 stars for sure !!

BEST APARTMENT AND VIEW around! I reviewed almost all apartments within a 25 mile radius, and this place is by far the best. In fact, my apartment in particular is the best around - top floor, 12 1/2 foot ceilings....AND with a view from Pikes Peak to Longs Peak! It’s also been fun showing off my easy view of the Broncos training camp as well! Finally, the maintenance crew is beyond the best - smart guys!! AND no one is more professional and sweet at the same time, than Isabel!!

People work at the Food Lion on New Market Road was very helpful and friendly.

***Important to know*** Varina Elementary school begins at 3rd grade. If your child is younger, Mehfoud is a feeder school which is pre-Kindergarten to 2nd grade.

Depending on where you live, this may pertain to you. I cannot speak for Varina - yet.

But i can tell you the teachers, administrators and staff of Mehfoud are top-notch. They work to positively shape the young minds of their students and their care is easy to see.

The students here will not know how fortunate they are to attend here until much later in life.

The school is so awesome
