American Pride Automotive (Williamsburg)

Had the headlights replaced on my car, I was kept on the loop every step of the way. The lights had to be ordered and yet they still got the job done way faster than I thought they would. I do recommend American Pride, the people are great, prices are comparable and your satisfaction is their goal.

Excellent Service and Professional Staff! You won't be disappointed...This was my Mom's car and we brought it in for a service issue, while she was recuperating from hip surgery. Repairs were made in a timely manner, costs were upfront, and had a minor issue with leaving the car out so we could pick it up, while my sister was in town over the weekend. I prepaid over the phone and unfortunately, it was left inside the locked fenced area when we went to pick it up on Saturday. They called me 1st thing Monday morning and volunteered to drop it off at my Mom's house and that worked out great! These guys go above and beyond in customer service and I am thankful they are here to take care of my Mom, when I am not in town!

Visited Williamsburg for a funeral and got a flat. I needed to get back on the road asap, they worked me in and were absolutely wonderful! Patched me up and made sure all my tires had air. I felt so cared for even though I was a bit of a wreck. And the price was super fair. They even sent me the sweetest thank you note. Thinking of driving 3 hours back to Williamsburg the next time my car needs service.

Bought a 2014 Mercedes 2 years ago and have had them work on it the entire time. They were recommended by friends and I have developed a trust in them to give me the straight scoop. We'll done, American pride!

Would like to say thank you. I had been through an issue with Firestone the last two days. I came to APA upset and stressed that Firestone had my truck for two days and ended up not attempting to fix my brake caliper. APA took me under their wing and assured me they will and could fix the issue. I left relived that I was going to be able to get back on the road to El Paso. After checking in they offered me transportation if I needed it. I actually took the ride back to Firestone to pick up the borres car I had left behind earlier. Mind you, they were booked and busy although Within hours I received a call with a detailed explanation of what the issue was and the way forward to fix it. Upon approval, within hours I was called and told my truck was ready for pick up. Cleanliness was great, customer service was amazing, truly felt like I’ve been going to the wrong places for repairs. Quality work, with great customer service is a win in my books
