Taiwan foot spa

I’ve been living with Long COVID for eight months. My symptoms include deep fatigue, neurological issues, cognitive issues, dysautonomia causing dizziness and balance problems — you get it. Taiwan Foot Spa is just down the street, so I went with my mother to see if I could get any relief.

You all, I walked out of that spa feeling more like myself than I have in months. The combination of reflexology/foot massage, the full body work, the darkness of the massage room, and the ambient music made my mind and body seem to “reset.” It’s been a little over 24 hours since my massage, and I still feel calm, less fatigued, less dizzy, and more myself. This relief won’t last forever (Long COVID always finds a way to ruin a good time), but when you’ve been as sick as I have, even a few days of relief is beautiful.

The customer service was amazing. My mom and I were greeted by name as soon as we walked in, and it was a very personable experience all the way through. The prices are extremely reasonable, and the masseuses were skilled.

Thank you to everyone at Taiwan Foot Spa! You made me feel somewhat human again. I’ll be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We’ve been several times and have never been disappointed! Steering with your shoulders and back, they massage all the tension away. Then you lie back, they cover you with a warm towel and they rub your arms, hands, legs and OH MY GOODNESS your feet! We had 90 minutes of total relaxation! Highly recommend you try it!

Awesome massage therapist!!! My fiancé and I did the couples message. Never have we felt so good. I have been having pain in my right shoulder and neck for about a year and the therapist (although she messaged my entire body) relieved the tight muscles in those particular areas to the point my mobility increased and the pain decreased. I definitely recommend this place, they were able to do what my physical therapist (through insurance) could not do. 😊~Valerie

Only place to go for a fabulous massage. I have auto immune issues and need a soft touch and always have a wonderful experience. They are very good at apply the pressure you need. Never had hot stone before and love it! All of the staff is fabulous. Do not get alarmed at how dark and the curtain dividers, the massage is worth it!!

I treated my wife to a 60 minute foot massage for her birthday and got to tag along ;) The owner Steven spoke great English - one of 5 languages he has mastered, and has a fascinating life story. He was so professional and accommodating. Even though we called ahead, it was still last minute and he was able to fit us in. Upon arrival and after some water and a cordial greeting, he showed us to the area where we would be and brought us each a plate of fruit. As this was our firs time, he explained the process and within minutes we were under the spell of the therapists. We rolled up our jeans and put our feet into warm blue water, and while we soaked our feet they began to massage our shoulders, back, and neck. They were amazing and had such strong fingers! About halfway through our hour they transitioned to our feet. I never knew there were so many muscles in the foot!!! I'm glad we found this place and we will be coming again and again.
