  I typically don't write reviews; however, I thought I needed to share my experience with Climatic Heating and Cooling, Inc. Patrick initially came out to my home to give me an estimate on installing an Aprilaire Model 700 Humidifier. Not only was his price the best, he took the time to answer my questions. He didn't seemed rushed to give me a price and leave. The great customer service did not end there. Climatic was able to schedule the installation the next day and that's where we met Ron. Like Patrick, Ron was very professional and courteous. Once installation was complete, we Facetimed, as I was at work (wife was at home), to go over the newly installed system. I appreciate Patrick and Ron going above and beyond.

  Sonny and his team at Climatic are very responsive, professional and always have fair pricing! They really are customer service oriented which is rare now. I will continue to refer them.

  Climatic not only met and satisfied our need for a new HVAC system for my home in Belmont Country Club, they exceeded my belief when the heat index is expected to be over 100 degrees this weekend and they made a services call for my second unit at 8 pm on a Thursday night. Spot on and very much appreciated. Value, service and integrity.

  Climatic is awesome!! Their technicians are all very professional and have experience that is rarely seen in the trades these days. As a small business owner in the electrical trade I am very picky about who I use and refer. Climatic technicians are professional, very well trained, and honest. These guys are true tradesmen that take pride in their work!!

  I had Climatic replace both of our 4 ton systems in our home with Carrier Infinity products. I got two additional quotes as well and I'm very happy I went with Climatic. They not only matched the lowest quote price wise, but they have shown me that they take pride in ownership. Recently we've been having an issue with one of the unit's air cleaners. They have replaced it twice now all under warranty without issue. We also had a small issue with a faulty overflow switch and they quickly replaced it. The only issue I see is that their warranty does not include after hours so just be aware of that.
  
  I would highly recommend working with Sonny the owner of the company. If you're looking for an install, make sure he sends his most experienced team including Cliff and Sammy. I would have gone to Climatic even if their price was slightly more then the competition because of the service I received. I also appreciate the fact that when it was time to do our annual servicing which was included for the first year, they took the initiative to e-mail me and schedule it.
