Breathe with Jennie Yoga Studio

  I have been taking classes with Jennie for over a year. I started out knowing very little about yoga. Jennie's classes have had a huge impact on my life not just physically but mentally as well. Jennie does a wonderful job of making sure each individual in the class is doing what is right for them during that class.

  I've been attending Jennie's classes since she opened her studio in 2017. She is an excellent yoga instructor. I appreciate that she offers pose alternatives for those who may have a past injury, etc. She has also gone out of her way to provide me with articles outside of class related to physical issues with which I have dealt. Her weekly themes and readings are a welcome reminder that we all deal with many of these same issues in our lives. Classes are intimate, thoroughly enjoyable and definitely a high point of my week. I highly recommend Breathe with Jennie!

  I have attended Jennie's Yoga classes since she opened her home studio and I couldn't be happier. I was never one to "exercise" and never thought I could do things like this. In retirement, I have learned that I get so many benefits from Yoga that I now can't do with out it. Jennie's classes are accessible (not just because she's in the neighborhood !) but because she coaches us gently to honor our bodies' needs while encouraging us to explore whether we can do a little bit more. She has a cheerful, gentle manner that makes us all feel "at home." I recommend you give her studio a try.

  Jenny's classes are intimate, well planned and effective. I am new to yoga. I am so inspired to learn more and progress thanks Jenny's kind coaching. She is talented and caring and it is evident she wants all of her students to be successful. I highly recommend dropping by for one of her classes.

  I have faithfully attended Jennie's yin yoga class since the beginning. It's the highlight of my weekend where I can renew body, mind and spirit, preparing me for the week ahead. Jennie honors our individual needs and limitations, and provides a quiet, intimate space to do just that! It's only Tuesday and am already looking forward to Sunday!
