Always helpful always pleasant. Knows where what you need is located, unlike the big box stores.

This is a nice small town hardware store that's pretty good size. I prefer to shop here over other places if the prices are close. Helpful generally and genuinely.
Visited for the first time today. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Came in to get paint and the manager made a perfect match using the computer and a sample I brought in on a piece of scrap wood. He even offered to save the information if we needed more of the same colour. Bonus for us: dogs are welcome. Took a quick walk of the store and was impressed by the variety of merchandise. Will go back.
Everything was great. Really needed lag bolts and an outdoor drain screen. Very nice, very helpful to a first timer.
