Ford Service - Priority Ford

Lauren at the service bay was awesome! I had my Ranger in for an oil change and tire rotation. Since my Ford was purchased at Priority the oil change was complimentary but Lauren asked me if I had a Ford Pass account...I do and she was able to use some of my points to cover the tire rotation...nice! I waited on site (about 1 hour) in a clean, quiet customer lounge.

Martha was very accommodating and provided specialized customer service to me. I was going out of town and the shop would be closed when I returned. Invoice was left in the car and I was able to pick up my car using my spare key. Martha called multiple times to update me. She is awesome!

Beach Ford is the best dealership in town. Service there is top-notch. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the coffee is always HOT.

I got lucky when I dropped my vehicle off with Martha the other day.

I know that sometimes, I can be a very particular client. However, she was always pleasant and courteous when working with me. I dropped my vehicle off overnight to be serviced and inspected. I was able to pick it up the following evening with no hassle.

I was able to speak to the service manager, too who was respectful for our entire interaction. I do appreciate good and honest service. Especially with the predisposition many have about women bringing their cars to be serviced. So glad I’m able to have the “Priority for Life” package so that I can continue bringing my vehicle here for maintenance and inspections.
