Good service offered here. They were able to pick me up on the Naval base (so that had a driver that had access). They processed me very quickly. I was able to drop the car off at the mini mart inside the Navy base instead of taking it to the main office so that saved a trip.

I had a good experience, can't complain. There's limited availability at every location, but was able to snag a car for a few days while in Norfolk. The individuals were super professional, and courteous.

i’ve never had a good experience with enterprise but the guys at this location changed that for me today. From start to finish everyone i came in contact with was very nice, friendly and helpful. Chris was very patient with me and accommodated my needs at short notice. Ray was very helpful at checkout and check in. But the standout person was the driver who got me to the airport, on time and in a safe manner, we had a great conversation. i don’t typically talk to old people but he was so cool.

I prefer to come to this location, even though there's an enterprise literally 3 mins from my house. The W Little Creek location has the best customer service, best car selections, and lower prices. The staff is super friendly, patient, helpful, and funny! This is my new go to location. I rented the new 2021 Ford Bronco (one of only a few in the city) and when i tell you heads everywhere were turning in awe lol anyway, Ray and Chris are awesome-as well as the driver who took me home! I have no complaints whatsoever with this location.
