  Not only are Heather and Kristian amazing real estate agents, but they are genuinely incredible human beings. They have helped me and my husband buy 2 homes, sell 1 (first offer in 24hrs), and got us through a mess of a situation with a new construction nightmare. They are reliable, honest, hard working, knowledgeable, and kind. They were right by our side with every contract we were signing, options we were choosing, and helping us spot things that we would have never even thought to look for during walk throughs. They are simply the BEST!!!!

  My fiancé Sean and I honestly have nothing but good things to say about North Real Estate. Heather and Kristian stood apart from the rest quickly (they were actually not the first real estate company we spoke to) but after the bureaucratic mess and impersonal nature we experienced elsewhere, these two were a breath of fresh air. Our first meeting discussed very little about our housing needs other than the very basics of an idea of what we wanted at the time. Instead they used that time to build a connection with us and we all got to know each other a little better. This was a welcome change to Sean and I because it seemed like they really cared about us as people rather than a business opportunity. Then they proved that they did care, more than we expected.
  
  We originally had planned to move within a few weeks or maybe just over a month, and various factors with work and finances made the housing parameters relatively tight to work with. Nevertheless, Heather and Kristian found a number of houses that suited our needs, but none of them truly felt like the home we wanted. Never losing patience with us, they had us explore two new construction developments and one of them gave Sean and I that feeling of home that we were searching for. Heather and Kristian continued to show that same attitude and support throughout the next 6 months as our house was built.
  
  A few problems were encountered with the builder and a number of details had to be sorted out for the mortgage, but Heather and Kristian really followed through with helping us any way they could, whether it was answering a few simple questions or getting dialogue going between various parties to clear up misconceptions or manage expectations. After going under contract, it could have been relatively easy for a realtor to back off and let the countdown to settlement run its course, but these two did the exact opposite and Sean and I couldn’t have been more thankful for all of the effort they put in.
  
  Heather and Kristian are phenomenal in the real estate business but also have a very open and genuine nature to them that is regrettably difficult to find elsewhere. We would count them as friends at this point and would choose North Real Estate time and time again.

  Heather and Kristian were extremely helpful during our house hunt. They were always available to offer help, and very knowledgeable in all areas of the home buying experience. This was our first time buying a house, and I don't think we could have had better people helping us along the journey.

  Heather and Kristian are hands down the best at what they do. When we met them, we were concerned about the amount of time we had to move. They didn't pressure us to buy (which is a BIG deal for us - no one likes being pressured!) and they showed us both homes to rent and homes to buy and reassured us that if we decided to purchase we could close in the short amount of time that we had. As first time home buyers, we knew very little, but they guided us every step of the way. We were very picky about the home we wanted as our first home, but they showed us every home that we wanted to see and they did it with a smile every time. We spent countless nights and weekends after work viewing homes. They even had us over to their home and made dinner with us so we could discuss our plan, and during this Kristian took our 4 year old son for a walk so that we could go over things with Heather and be able to concentrate without him all over the place. The fact that they bonded with him was a big plus. He still talks about them both to this day!
  The whole process was so smooth, we found the perfect home for us, and we couldn't have done it without these two. Their communication is WONDERFUL, we knew what was going on every step of the way. Anytime we called or emailed they responded right away or at the most within a few hours. North Real Estate is as good as it gets!!! Heather and Kristian are family now and we still see them frequently! You will not regret choosing them.

  It was a pleasure working with Heather and Kristian! They are wonderful, smart, and a professional team that will walk the extra mile to make their customers happy. They gave us their honest opinions in every choice and step we took in purchasing our first home. They are the best! We can't wait to work with them in the future.
