  New review: 4/5 stars. Manager was on site and positive as always. No idea whom was running it last time, but luckily we didn't experience that situation this time.

  Individual was rude to my wife over the phone -1 star
  Same individual was rude to me in person -1 star
  Same individual was visibly rude to staff -1 star
  
  Restaurant was decent a year ago. Manager is usually nice, but the woman managing today was extremely rude to my wife over the phone while trying to place an order.
  
  While there the woman told the younger waiters that it was her tip.
  
  Here's your tip: They are young adults with positive attitudes and low income probably need it more.
  
  Give them the tip.
  
  You have a designer bag (speculation), gold chain necklace, and Arbonne (speculation) bottle sitting within arms reach, and "YA?!" Is not a way to greet a paying return customer.
  
  You also voiced opinions supporting someone whom is anti immigration last time I was there with a "can't we all just get along?".
  
  What the heck?
  
  Not sure if we'll return if they continue to treat both customers, and their staff like that. The gentleman that normally runs the restaurant is extremely friendly and respectful. Whomever that woman is, she is a complete offense, and is a business risk in this customer's opinion.

  Love this neighborhood restaurant! Always have a great dinner and experience! Thanks for treating us like we are part of your family!

  Nice family restaurant, all 3 locations. We eat in and order out. All items are good. Table service just okay. Irritations: 1) when you call in they triple confirm that you called the location that you intended. Must be many others get it wrong and it was costing them. 2) upgrade at least by one level your take-out supplies. We understand maximizing profit, but it's annoying to have good food packed in flimsy containers.

  Great pizza. Great pasta. Friendly staff. Great ambience. Authentic food. Tucked away in an out of sight spot, but totally worth going out of your way to try for lunch or dinner.

  Commonly get pizza to go and is solid. Their basic offerings are comforting and do well (Pepperoni Pizza, for instance). Their subs feel under seasoned and kinda bland, (tried Chicken Parmesan, Pizza Steak subs) even a little salt would help. Table service is friendly and food comes out hot/fresh. Just don't be in a rush, be prepared to wait a while after you've ordered.
