I had an issue with my shipment and they have been more than helful. It ended up being a postal issue in the end...it was left at the wrong address. They even refunded me and sent me an extra replacement box!! The owner even reached out to me which shows that they are involved and do care. My son LOVES his boxes and looks forward to them each month.
My son loves his first box. When he figured out it was for him he danced all around. He has been building things every since he got his package. He even picked this above playing Xbox and is back to building things. Thank you for allowing us to enter.
