  The best blackened catfish I've ever eaten. I had to slam on my brakes as I almost drove right passed the small restaurant tucked off the highway but it was worth the stop. While passing through Fredericksburg I'd Googled "blackened catfish in Fredericksburg" and JT's was on my route; I'll make a special trip back just to eat here again. My former mother-in-law used to cook blackened catfish and it is what I miss most from that marriage--JT's blackened catfish is even better.

  Wow! I just left this place. While it was a little hole in the wall, the food was amazing. I had the catfish fillets and 2 sides. The mac-n-cheese was phenomenal. The rice and beans were good, and piping hot. I ordered two fillets because 1, who eats just one? And 2, generally fillets are on the small side. Boy was I wrong! Out came two generous sides and two huge catfish fillets. I also had the bannana pudding for desert. It was great too. The waitress also came by about 4 or 5 times during our dinner taking care of our every need. I have to say, while it was the first time I've been there, it definitely won't be the last.   Wasn’t sure what to expect when I pulled up, and was disappointed when I heard they were out of the one thing i order the majority of the time, but I was blown out of the water by the astounding service and not to mention the absurdly delicious food. I left with my belly full to the brim and still somehow wanting more. Well worth the wait, if I had more time and more room in my stomach I probably would’ve stayed ???? I’m quite happy to add JT’s Bourbon Street Grille to my favorites list of good eats. And somehow I still feel like I’m underselling it ???? Grade A++

  Everything we ordered was fresh and really good. Large portions as well. The place is very clean and the service was great. Kind of a hole in the wall place and you drive right past it. Is is worth going to. We will be going back. I am very picky and a clean feak so if I say all was good take my word on it.

  Excellent food. Fresh seafood and not over breaded. Food is cooked to order so came out hot as fried food should. Hint fried food is not made for a to go order or delivery...save that for pizza and quit complaining. Janele was a pleasant waitress and not short of making us feel welcome. Everyone we talked to answered my foody questions. I recommend this place to anyone that likes good southern cooking. God Bless.
