My dad was in unbearable tooth pain while on vacation. We called and got an appointment the same day. Dr. Jorge was very professional. Although he was unsuccessful with extracting the tooth, he tried to do everything he possibly could to help alleviate his pain. The entire office staff was professional and kind. Dr. Pelaez is a miracle worker. We found his office a few years ago when we had a dental emergency on a Sunday - he was the only doctor to call my husband back. He is truly dedicated to his patients and he is incredibly intelligent. Staff in the office are pleasant, and I never wait - as soon as I check in they call me back. You have your own personal TV while you're getting worked on, so how could you complain?
