My 2nd story windows have never been so sparkling clean and clear! They did an excellent job of roof and gutter cleaning as well. No gunk left on the landscaping below either. Communicated clearly and let me know extra charge up front for many hard-to-reach windows. Hard-working and thorough. Only minor problem was that they bent one of our outdoor garage lights off-kilter and didn't let us know about that. We noticed after they left. Easily fixed, I think. I'll definitely use Chinook Services again.

There were two associates working at our house and I would first like to applaud them. They were polite, friendly and very hard working professionals. They power washed the house, the decks, the patios and the outside windows. We still can't believe how good everything looks. The guys from Chinook cleaned my roof. They did a soft brush to remove the moss, knocked it all off, applied a moss retardant, and cleaned up (raked and bagged all the moss that was knocked off). The company warranties the work and effectiveness of the retardant for 5 years. The crew was friendly and very respectful of my home, my property, and myself. The price was well worth the peace of mind - knowing that moss won't shorten the lifespan of my shingles and roof. I would highly recommend this company and the service they provide.
