(June 22, 2023, 4:34 pm)I don’t like reviewing businesses personally but I actually care for these folks. I live on a tricky property and they made it work without hesitation. Anita in the office did a quick map check and put me on the schedule right then. Nathan showed up two mornings later and made the experience as painless as he possibly could. I needed a new distribution box and he walked me through what would happen.
Needless to say I could tell you more but, just trust that I don’t like reviews, Nathan dug the thing out, alone, in the pouring rain. He’s truly a stand up person!
I go to the office to drop off a cashiers check and get met by Lisa, who I can only describe as family-like. Anita comes out and is the exact person you meet on the phone.. warm. Truly a warm spirit!

Everyone is amazing The girls in the office are so sweet and helpful and the guys who came out to pump out the septic tank were awesome, on time, very thorough, found what the problem was right away, They had to dig up my pump tank and got my pump fixed right away! No more annoying alarm blaring! Will never ever use a different company! Lilly's is the best and actually care about their customers!
