  My little one has been with Bright Horizons for 1.5 years and we are extremely happy - both generally speaking with the center and the teachers that are really dedicated with what they do day to day, but also with the measures they've taken during these trying pandemic/covid times - very professional and thorough. We feel safe sending our little one to daycare every day!

  Since the pandemic, we've been really amazed at how awesome everyone at this center has been! With the new safety protocols in place, we feel absolutely comfortable sending our child in everyday and we know that he's in a safe place, where his curiosity is fostered and encouraged. We're really happy to see that he's able to socialize with other kids in his class in a safe way, which he hasn't been able to do otherwise. The teachers have been very creative in finding activities to engage the kids, while making sure they are constantly learning. Everyday we look forward to seeing all the updates on the app, the different kinds of food the kiddos eat, pictures of all the activities they've done in class, individual notes from teachers. We've been at this center since our child was about 4 months old, and is now almost 2, so over the course of that time, we've never had any issues and every morning we can see the excitement in our kiddo to go back to the daycare and see his teachers and his peers! I'd absolutely recommend this center to anyone who is considering enrolling their child here! :)

  My daughter attended Back-Up Care off and on for two months at this location and we had the BEST experience! The infant teacher consistently went above and beyond. She was always engaged in activities and was so happy to see her everyday! The leadership team is also wonderful and so incredibly kind. If I lived closer I would enroll her here full time-- don't pass this place up!

  Its been around 2 months since my child who is nearly three has gone to this school/day care. now keep in mind my daughter has never been to any other facility, has never been away from me and has me around her nearly every minute. So this was a very new thing for her and me. Bright Horizons at Redmond made this transition quite easy. my daughter has started getting used to the idea of going to school. She has so much fun there.. and the most exciting thing that i feel is that she is getting an opportunity to taste different kinds of foods too(this center provides good food mostly organic). well so for now im really pleased with how she is progressing.

  Our son joined this center in the Twos program, and now he is in his KP class (final year). We have seen a lot of growth in our child through the interactions he has had at the center with the teachers, staff and his peers. We were very lucky with all his teachers Diane, Rhiannon, Cini, Florencia, Ashley and now Lindy and Uma. They have always maintained a good balance of solid structure and gentle care that this age group needs. He is happy, growing, and learning. we will always cherish the memories he made at his first ever school!
