The place gets used a ton by the parents at the elementary school. Packed tight during drop off and pick up. Besides that…. The pavement is dang smooth! ;). -

(September 24, 2016, 1:45 am)Great place to park and pick up transportation, be it a bus or pulling your bicycle out of your car and cycling to work. Convenient parking for cycling on the Redmond Watershed trail which is just down the road. There are usually enough spots on weekdays, and it is in a quiet safe neighborhood; I've also often see police patrols in the area, so no problems leaving your car here.
