(July 2, 2019, 1:19 pm)Gentle Dental in Ballard is wonderfully staffed with very caring front desk staff, dentist, and specialists. Family friendly and very helpful with insurance questions. I’ve never been a big fan of the dentist office, but this one has it all and a view!

(October 15, 2018, 1:43 pm)I absolutely love Gentle Dental in Ballard. The staff is always so amazing and makes me feel like a welcome guest. Chris is the absolute best! She is the main reason I keep coming back here. She is super sweet and very knowledgeable. Anthony was another big reason I keep coming back but has moved to the Everett office, so I'll miss seeing him. Tori was there this last weekend, and she was so sweet. I truly love all the staff here and feel like a valued patient every visit.

(August 10, 2016, 9:46 pm)I had a great checkup and cleaning here. Beautiful scenery overlooking the bay. The entire building is in the process of renovation after Anthony's Restaurants left the lower levels of this space.
Dr. Payne is a genius and all the staff here are sweet as can be. I would definitely recommend them. I found this place via Aetna's DocFind.
