  This place is amazing! After years of doing CrossFit at a bunch of different boxes this is by far the best. It is the most welcoming and chill CF gyms that I have found. There are seasoned athletes, as well as first timers all in one room. Josh makes all of the workouts scalable for any level. If you are in vashon, come join us for some fun.

  I returned to the Island for a quick visit and managed to sneak in a drop-in CrossFit class with Josh. The equipment is so clean and organized, programming was super fun and inventive, and my classmates were nothing but supportive, warm and encouraging. I'd highly recommend checking it out!

  Dropped in while on vacation and was welcomed into the class by Lisa and Josh. Great coaching, fun workout, would definitely go back next time I'm on the island. I loved their energy and positive attitude!

  I’m a Boomer and cancer graduate. I have osteopenia and am required to take medications that can weaken my bones even further. I saw CrossFit as my best option and it’s paying off. My bone density is staying stable, but more than that I’m surprised at how much better I feel overall.

  I have to start by saying that I hate exercising. I always have. I was the kid in school who walked while everyone else ran. I enjoyed a little bit of lifting, but not if it meant shaking with the weight.
  
  Knowing that, I admit that when I signed up for CrossFit, every inch of me was screaming "NO!" The first sessions were hard, but Josh was reassuring and pushed me while giving me confidence. At the end of each team workout, all the members high five each other and say "good job", and I really feel that I did a good job. Yes, I lifted the smallest weight and had to scale every exercise down, but I did what I could, it was hard, I'm tired... and I'm proud and feel good. I still fight the "NO!" each time I get up to go, but the pride I have for going, the comradery, and the support is what keeps me coming back for more.
