    The staff have been extremely courteous and helpful from reserving the unit to moving in and maintaining it. The facility is clean and secure but easy to get access to my items when I need to.

    Very friendly and courteous service. They go out of their way to accommodate you. I had used this business back in 2013 and remembered how helpful they were so came back when I had need of a storage unit again. A pleasure to do business with.

    We had a very positive experience securing a storage unit at Sound Storage! Corina was wonderful to work with and made the entire process easy from start to finish. My sister and I had to find a storage unit very quickly for our father that was being transitioned to a care facility and we were beyond stressed. Corina was kind and compassionate making it the least stressful part of the entire process for us. Thank you

    The employee we worked with was so friendly, first on the phone and second in person. She helped set us up with a space the same day and made the process really easy. We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds at the main office! They had a feeder that was positively abuzz with them. All in all, a nice experience. And of course a very convenient location with easy access from the road.
