From the products we install and the final seal of approval for the work we offer, each step is imperative to a quality final product and experience.
I live, work and play in Kitsap county and it feels good knowing I can hold my head high being apart of this great community. One of my favorite aspects of my job is to see people we’ve worked with in the community or better yet when they call us back to do another project on their home. It’s those lasting relationships that make our customers more that just another number.

We had Rigid exteriors out to our house for siding and roof leaks and we are very pleased with the level of knowledge and professionalism by Harry.

Spectacular and quality work done for storm tree fall roof and shingle repair! Repair work was detailed and they took the time and care to make sure everything matched existing design, colors, and style. Prices were reasonable and they helped with the insurance claim process. Emergency tarp job response was quick and kept out the rain. Communication and responsiveness timeline during the job itself could have been a bit better, but overall it went very well.

When water started leaking into my kitchen via a roof leak in June 2022, Rigid Exteriors was quick to respond to an urgent request for help. They came out almost immediately to do an inspection of my roof, and were kind when I was devastated to learn of the damage to the roof, the mold in my attic, and cost to get it all taken care of. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They got the roof replaced so fast and it looks fantastic! 10/10 would recommend. If I end up replacing the roof on my garage down the line, I will definitely be contacting Rigid Exteriors to do the work. Thank you Lyndzee and Rigid Exteriors!

Had a leak and Rigid Exteriors was recommended by neighbors. I called and they have friendly staff. Lyndzee came out the next morning to inspect my roof and informed me of the damaged shingles. She went above and beyond! Met with the adjuster on a short notice and worked directly with my home insurance. My insurance covered my roof’s current value and got full roof replacement!
The crew who replaced my roof did a great job and also cleaned up well. I would definitely recommend Rigid Exteriors to anyone who needs their roofs done.
