I'm actually very surprised to see that so many people had unsatisfactory experiences with her. I on the other hand have had a great experience with her and the others in the office. She has always listened intently and addressed all my concerns. What I appreciate is that she took me serious and I didn't feel like I was wasting her time. She always made sure to fit me in even if I shower up late due to transportation issues.
