  The guys at Kirshner Trailer helped save my family vacation. We had a boat trailer bearing blowup and Tim squeezed in our emergency repair. Les Schwab turned us away, but these guys got it done. Very appreciative!

  I needed to find a trailer to pull behind my RAV4, one that was light but had the length to carry 10 ft sections on electrical pvc. I spoke to a friend, and he recommended that I talk with Steve at Everything RV, Kishner Trailer Sales. After speaking with Steve, I headed to Monroe to check out the trailer. From the time I arrived, to the time I left, Steve and the team were professional, knowledgeable and patient.

  A pre-trip safety check of my Jayco Pinnacle 5th wheel revealed a broken suspension spring shackle plate/link. (Pic.)
  My 40 ft. Pinnacle is a very heavy trailer. I worried if the shackle failed completely, the suspension spring could punch up through the floor of my rig. Of course, this happened at 5:00PM on a Sunday evening. I called Kirshner Trailers and was surprised that the owner Jason answered the phone! Jason immediately had me text him pics and take measurements to spec the right parts. At 8:15 the next morning (Monday), Jason called me and informed me he had located the repair parts. Although, Kirshner does not do "mobile" repairs, Jason made a special exception and sent two of his Technicians with two 5-Ton floor jacks, heavy jack stands, and all necessary tools to my residence that same morning to complete emergency suspension repairs. Kirshner Trailers enabled is get on the road and make our planned trip. We actually left on time! Kirshner's staff was friendly and professional. Lastly, the charge for this emergency repair was quite reasonable. I cannot say enough about Kirshner Trailers - the level service they provide is found very rarely today.

  Walked in looking for bearing caps for my boat trailer as we had taken them apart and the ones we bought didn't fit. These guys were awesome! They found the exact match for our Easy loader trailer in their supply stock, gave them to us for no cost!!! Wow. Saved us as we prepare for an upcoming fishing trip! Thank you so much. We will definitely be coming back to have work done next time one of our trailers needs servicing!

  Yesterday I called early in the morning, I was scheduled to take a few students on a trail ride. My electrical cord had gotten caught and puller out of the box on the trailer!! I started to call around and I found Mark! He was so kind he let me send him pictures, upon his review he was certain he could get me in and out right away!
  
  It only took a few minutes, I as so grateful, I would have paid him double, but that wasn't necessary he did it at no charge. I was shocked!
  Thank you for serving me yesterday, I'll be sure to pay it forward.
