She does her research and actually takes the time to explain every detail and answer all of her client's questions with great care and attention.

  I simply adore Wendy Weilbacher. She has to be one of the kindest, most knowledgeable real estate agents I know. She is such a pleasure to work with and makes searching for a property stress free.   Wendy became more than a realtor, she became our friend and we would recommend her to anyone. We were lucky to find her when it came to selling our home. Very impressed with her professionalism and knowledge from the start. Her advice and suggestions made the selling of our house easy.

  We were a young couple looking to buy their first home. We did a lot of research to find a good local agent, and after "interviewing" a few agents, landed with Wendy - and we are very happy we made that choice! She guided us through the process from start to finish, answering all our questions we had as naive first time home buyers. She is probably one of the hardest working people I have ever met, and also did things in our best interest. The last year or so has been a crazy market, and thanks to her expertise and knowledge, we were able to get our offer accepted for a house after only our second offer. It is the house of our dreams, and am lounging in the house as I type this, thinking it still doesn't feel real! What we loved is about Wendy was how well she knew the market, what made a strong offer, what things to consider when buying a house - and she did all of this while being respectful and not pressuring us into anything. She worked very well with our lender (Shannon at Evergreen, check her out too!), which is very important! Thanks a ton! Don't think we would have this house without her.
