(January 17, 2019, 4:50 pm)I was in need of a First Aid, CPR, and AED certificate. Although a class for this was not listed on the online calendar, when I called and explained what I needed to Joe, he created an online session for me right away. When I failed to register in time and my spot was taken, Joe opened another session for me. And then when I got my dates mixed up and missed my hands on assessment training date, Joe worked with one of the instructors and was able to arrange a time for me to make the session up when the schedule was booked. I was the one who messed up twice, but fortunately CPR Training Company has wonderful customer service that went above and beyond to help me receive my training. I highly recommend them!
