Its always super clean, and with Covid I always see someone cleaning something. I always feel safe and comfortable here. Thanks for all the great beverages!

It's 12 minutes closer for me to go to Woodman's, but there's considerable reason for me to go out of my way and stop by City View instead. Yes, they may be a little more expensive than the old W, but not by much. It's quality over quantity here: They have hands-down the best selection of craft beer in Madison. You'll find the old stand-bys as well as an unmatched selection of hard to find and unique offerings that you won't find anywhere else. The kind guy that does the ordering and seemingly runs the place has an obvious and vast knowledge of the industry and is always able to give good recommendation if needed. An essential on the far East of Madison.
