  Stopped in for the first time when I saw a sign advertising sale on clearance items. Angela was helpful and very nice. I ended up buying 3 barstools from the clearance section and they wee willing to hold them for free for up to one month they also offer delivery for $49.00

  It was a pleasure to work with a sales rep who cared about what I wanted. Too often it is more about what products stores are wanting to move. Not the case here. When my needs were identified, I wasn’t shown a single item that didn’t meet the basic minimum requirements. The quality is top rate also.

  I was so happy with the customer care ( not service) they truly care.. Ken Michaels I will be back for all my home furnishing needs.. I had a concern with some special order table I purchased they came to my home and took care of me promptly..love love love all my new furnishing I purchased at your store!! Penny

  My husband and I were searching for quality furniture for our living room. We decided to stop in and check out what Ken Micheals had to offer. From the moment we stepped in, Anthony was readily available to greet us and help us with any questions. We immediately found a sofa style that we liked, and Anthony provided information and advice as to what would look good together. His customer service was impeccable and we loved working with him.
  
  Anthony brought Micheal in to help us size the furniture to our living room with measurements and drawings. Micheal is unbelievably friendly and bent backwards to satisfy our needs. This was the best experience I have ever had buying furniture.
  
  Customer service is what sets them apart from any other store. I would highly recommend Ken Michaels if you are looking for high quality furniture and a great customer service experience.

  Stopped in while looking for some furniture. The person who help us was very polite, out going, and knowledgable. Furniture was very high quality. You get what you pay for.
