  There are soooo many benefits to colon hydrotherapy and thank goodness Kelly is offering this amazing service! Colon cleansing gives your body the ability to break down food and move it through your system easily. It resolves bloating and irregular bowl movements. Great for weight loss too! Oh, and helps strengthen your immune system!!! Also, Kelly is a rock star Health Coach who has taught me so much about what my body needs in order to reduce inflammation and thrive! She guides you towards what to eat, how to eat and provides you with sustainable, REAL LIFE healthier solutions. She knows her stuff!!!! Thank you Kelly!

  I look forward to my colonics appointment with Kelly like I look forward to a day at the spa! I know is sounds silly, but this is a time for me. I focus on myself which helps make me a better wife, mother and friend. Her office is beautiful. (I want her to come and put her loving touch in my home.) Kelly has such kind words to help alleviate stress about what is to come. I appreciate Renew Holistic Wellness so much.   When I came to Kelly my bowel movements hadn’t been regular for three years. I was using laxatives including magnesium citrate weekly just to go. I was desperate. After my first colonic I felt fantastic! She put me on some digestive enzymes and after just one session there was improvement. Her system doesn’t just flush you out. It retrains and reshapes your colon, so it learns to go on it’s own again. I still need colonics every two to three weeks to stay regular but it’s literally changed my life! We are working on some nutritional changes to see if we can find the culprit. But I feel so much better now, am off all the laxatives and go on my own now. Thank you Kelly!!

  I love the fact that Kelly offers Thermography Scans. Who enjoys getting a traditional mammogram??? Not too many ladies I know! But I know it saves lives. I also love this alternative. Kelly has an amazing office that is so peaceful and calming that you forget why you are there. Her attention to detail really shows how much she cares for her clients and their comfort. This process is so smooth and there is no touching the girls of any kind. You stand in this peaceful place with the lights low and Kelly will take photos with a special camera that uses your body heat to show what is going on. I don't do justice explaining this in technical terms but from a gal that has dense breasts the results I get are truly amazing. Kelly was able to locate a spot of concern and helped me with the next steps. I would highly recommend you to take the time and have a conversation with Kelly on how she can help you with this scan. I am very blessed to have someone so caring in my corner to help me be the healthiest I can be.

  I am beyond thankful I was introduced to Kelly. After my initial consultation for her health coaching program, I knew I found the one part in my health plan that was missing. I continue to work with Kelly as she helps me stay accountable to my goals, assists me to get out of my own way so I can be the best version of myself, and really helps me to uncover the root cause to my behaviors and relationship with food. I would highly recommend Kelly to anyone, and currently do to my family and friends.
