(October 7, 2022, 11:24 am)I liked this place a lot. A cute little pet clinic owned by kind people. I stopped by for a check up and they were very considerate and calm. Everyone I talked to was very nice. They were quick, and clean as well as orderly. They brought my dog out and he was in a great mood.

(March 25, 2022, 5:11 pm)3 1/2 stars because they do a good job at taking care of my pets, the staff and Dr. Hawksford is super nice, and the convenience of it being close by. They have almost always checked in after the appointment, to see how my pets are doing. But I’ve waited outside for a full hour past my appointment time before they had even taken my cat inside. Then another appointment I made, I tried making it for a later time because of my work schedule, but they wanted me to come in at 5:10… So I had to leave work early, and I was here and waited till 5:45 until they took my cat in, and waited outside for another hour. All in all, two hours of sitting here in the car for a regular routine exam on my cat. When I schedule an appointment, I just would hope to be seen fairly soon after showing up. It’s very unfortunate that this happened the past two times I’ve been here. The curbside doesn’t ease my mind either because I don’t know what’s going on between closed doors. I understand the staff is doing everything they can do, even after hours.

(December 6, 2021, 2:04 pm)Excellent vet hospital!! Had a urgent surgery for my cat & called around five places to have Dr, Eric Hawksford push around his schedule to get him in just in time. Did a thorough, and great job! Very patient and knowledgeable and detailed and communicative. Will be going back for sure. Highly recommend!!

(July 31, 2020, 5:22 pm)Can not say enough about Dr. Eric Hawksford and his staff!! This practice sets the bar. They truly love your pet as much as you do, and take the care to make sure you are completely comfortable with any and all treatments. I have not experienced this level of devotion in any practice of healthcare, and it's impressive. Our one year old pup had some very scary emergencies, and Dr. Eric went above and beyond, as did his staff!! I am confident he is the reason our dog Brandy is still with us. Grateful to have such a wonderful vet in North Hudson.
