ProHealth Medical Group Urgent Care Oconomowoc

I have been using both the clinic and the urgent care in Oconomowoc for 15 years and only once had a bad experience. The staff are always friendly, my primary care physician has not changed over the past 15 years and is fantastic. Never feel like I am just a number, being processed through as quickly as possible. The majority of the negative reviews seem focused on waiting for urgent care. Considering the staff have no idea what is coming in or how long it might take to address a patients' needs, estimating the wait time is just that. An estimate. I have had the estimated wait time be longer than the actual wait time, and vice versa. It's not perfect, but rating a medical clinic entirely based on wait time for one urgent care visit is not useful in determining the quality of care being provided by the medical staff.

You get what you give. I love Pro-Health. This building in particular houses so many of my medical needs. So quick to get too also. I am an applauded patient. I come forward with all symptoms, I listen to the doctors, I ask options, and I’m courteous. After I do research on medications, and suggestions and follow, in agreements with my doctors, what is right for me.
I also love that it’s right off the highway. Very easy to get to!
