I had such a seamless,amazing experience with Cadillac of Manhattan! My prior lease was coming to an end and I needed to get into a new car asap. Mike was patient and so kind. He made sure I had all of the documents that I needed including my new registration and insurance card. When I thought the process couldn’t get any easier, they offered to deliver my car to my home in Staten Island! David, who delivered the car,was extremely thorough and helpful. He went through all of the paperwork and features of the car with me one step at a time. Thank you to the whole team at Cadillac of Manhattan for the top notch service!!! Won’t go anywhere else!

The manager Arsalan is very professional and goes above and beyond. They were short porters they day we went for our trade in but he personally did everything himself and made sure everything went smoothly. Its much appreciated. I usually never leave reviews about staff but this guy really takes the cake on service.
